How do I personalise the hamper?

Each month, you can log into your account and upload photos and a letter to your loved one(s) . Be sure to do this before the cut-off date to ensure that we receive them in time! Don't worry if you forget - we'll include a little something from us to make their delivery extra special. You might find it easier to upload a bundle of photos when you first join. If you do this, we'll select a few each month. Letters are best uploaded as word or text files

 

  • Subscribe between 1st and 15th of the month for monthly shipment around the 28th. Letters and photographs to be uploaded by 20th
  • Subscribe between 16th and last day of the month for monthly shipment around the 10th. Letters and photographs to be uploaded by the 4th

Can I choose the items that go into the hamper?

Not at the moment, no. If you have a loved one with specific requirements (e.g. food restrictions) then our mini-hamper, where you can make a special request not to receive certain types of item, might be a good option.

When is delivery?

Subscribe between 1st and 15th of the month for monthly shipment around the 28th. Subscribe between 16th and last day of the month for monthly shipment around the 10th.  Your hampers will be delivered by Royal Mail a few days after shipment.

How do I use a promotional code?

Simply place your code into the 'notes' section of the checkout when you sign up.  Promotional codes are only for new customers and can only be used once.  Please bear in mind that we are a small family-run company and use promotional codes with love :-)

Can you cater for loved ones with allergies?

We cannot guarantee any kind of product suitability for those suffering with allergies.  If you would like to avoid certain products then we suggest choosing our mini-hamper. This hamper contains only one small gift and therefore you can ask us to avoid a certain category of products - e.g. 'no skincare products' (if a loved one has sensitive skin) or 'no food items' if you have a loved one with food intolerances or allergies.

Are the hampers the same each month?

Nope! Each month the hampers contain a different selection of treats - same great love, same great packaging, same categories of gift, but new and exciting products to try. And, of course, your photographs and letters will make deliveries truly special each time

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope you'll never want to, but if you need to cancel, then please email us at hello@grandies.co.uk. You'll need to give us at least 5 working days before your next payment is due to ensure that you're not charged again. We'd love any feedback that you'd be willing to share about your Grandies journey
